As of the 15th of March 2024, the annual levy fee charged to the companies registered to the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus, is abolished from 2024 and onwards.
The annual fees imposed by the Registrar of Companies for the years 2011-2023 are still valid and should be paid.
Companies which have already paid the annual levy fee for the year ended 2024 will be refunded.
