Access, Cancellation and Modification for TAXISnet VAT

The forms for access/cancellation and any modification for TAXISnet VAT have now changed. The new forms are available in TAXISnet under the Informative Material/Forms/VAT.

The forms will ONLY be examined if they:

• are submitted using the new forms,
• are fully completed and easily readable,
• are signed,
• have all the necessary documents attached.
